The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.T. No. 37 of 2013 arising out of Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2012 registered under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27(A) and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12. 03. 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the accused having similar allegation have been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 44917 of 2013, Cr. Misc. No. 24940 of 2014 and Cr.Misc. No. 32317 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44414 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2016 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-VI, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with S.T. No. 37 of 2013 arising out of Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2012, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground. Further condition that the petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future and if any such activity is reported in future then trial court shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
