This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is either ready to keep his wife with full dignity or, if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, he is ready to pay maintenance of Rs.1000/- per month.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad Mahila Case No. 46 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions that after one month of his release the petitioner shall keep his wife with full dignity or if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, the petitioner shall pay maintenance worth Rs.1000/- per month, till a higher maintenance is decided by a competent Court and after six months the Court below, on being satisfied that the petitioner is fulfilling the conditions, shall confirm the bail bond.
