2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

4. The learned APP submits that he has received a copy of the inquiry done by the S.H.O, Nemdarganj Police Station and seeks time for filing a counter-affidavit, but since the petitioner has withdrawn anticipatory bail application as such counter-affidavit now is not required.
