From a grocery shop huge quantity of wine in terms of seizure list were seized along the person occupying the counter, who disclosed his identity as Harendra Singh and further disclosed that the aforesaid items were facilitated by Ram Awtar Singh as well as Satrughan Singh for sale.

Accordingly, petitioner Satrughan Singh, who happens to be under judicial custody since 18/10/2014 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfactions of learned C.J.M., Arrah ( Bhojpur) in Udwant Nagar
