Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath in paragraph no. 11 of the bail petition that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail provisionally on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55099 of 2016 (2) dt.16-01-2017 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakisunganj/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 29 of 2014 and the court below shall take appropriate steps for reconciliation between the parties and thereafter confirm the bail bond of the petitioner if the circumstances so requires.
