JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 24.12.2013 in a case registered under Section 304 B/34 of the IPC. The husband of the deceased has already been remanded to jail custody. The impugned order of learned First Additional Sessions Judge, reveals that the deceased died due to strangulation and no apparent injury was found on the person of the deceased except the marks of strangulation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of petitioner in jail custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51224 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013.
