The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 389 of 2017 registered under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is nothing against the petitioner in the whole case diary.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
