This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 379, 411, 337, 417, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It transpires from the FIR that co-accused was apprehended on the spot, who had disclosed the petitioner's name as his accomplice.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner of having tried to run away from a jewellery shop with jewelleries, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is accordingly rejected.

If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
