1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.28 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to enable them to surrender before the learned court of A.C.J.M.-V, Supaul, in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.28 of 2023 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very
