JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 18.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that petitioners demanded rupees two lacs as dowry as marriage of the daughter of the informant was under negotiation with petitioner Chhatis
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35946 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 Kumar @ Deepak Kumar and petitioner Surajbansh Chaudhary is the father of Chhatis Kumar. Consequently the daughter of the informant committed suicide.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that father of the victim girl, in order to save his skin has lodged the case with false allegation. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013.
