The petitioner seeking appointing to the post of Constable/GD has been disqualified by the Medical Board and even the Medical Board constituted for review examination, on the prayer of the petitioner, has confirmed the position. In that view of the matter and where twice the petitioner having been medically examined, has been declared unfit, I am not persuaded to accept the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner to direct for constitution

Patna High Court CWJC No.382 of 2017 dt.04-04-2017 of a 3rd Medical Board or for directing medical examination of the petitioner by a general practitioner. The decision of the Medical Board as endorsed by the Review Medical Board in the backdrop of the finding recorded, would require no interference. The writ petition is dismissed.
