JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of Talimi Markaz of Ramnagar Block, District West Champaran which is to be prepared in light of the guidelines dated 02.02.2009. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the Block Education Officer having recommended the name of the petitioner vide letter dated 1.10.2016 as well as the District Programme Officer having requested the District Programme Officer (Estt.), West Champaran to include the name of the petitioner in the select list, since the petitioner has been working since the year 2009, no action has been taken by the authorities, hence a direction be issued to the appropriate authority to decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid letters

Patna High Court CWJC No.5027 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2 /2 dated 1.10.2016 and 17.10.2016.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 by filing an appropriate representation annexing the aforesaid letters dated 1.10.2016 and 17.10.2016 whereupon the respondent no.3 shall take a final decision in light of the said letters as also the factual position prevailing and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
