The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.

Considering the status of the petitioner and the allegation against him, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 255 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
