JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.
It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner 2 Kg Charas and 6 Kg Ganja were recovered. The report of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari dated 25.02.2015 reflects that all the nine charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined when the trial is likely to be concluded within four months.
In view of the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
Accordingly the application stands rejected in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25980 of 2014 (4) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 124 of 2009, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Motihari, East Champaran.
