This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila Police Station Case No. 37 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for O.P. No.2 has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by way of compromise, a copy of which is annexed as annexure-3. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
