Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a), 31, 32, 41(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64609 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 03.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74433 of 2022. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. 332 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
