Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner hurled knife blow causing injury in the abdomen of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the occurrence is of 7.4.2021, whereas FIR was lodged on 14.5.2021 and there is no plausible explanation of delay. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69343 of 2021(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 oppose the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he caused knife injury in the abdomen of the informant.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
