2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60596 of 2023(4) dt.17-02-2024 2/3 with Complaint Case No. 371 of 2022 instituted under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The complaint against the petitioner who is fatherin-law of the complainant and other co-accused is of dowry torture and assault on the complainant.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the co-accused, namely, Dr. Vimlesh Kumar @ Rakesh Kumar who is the husband of the complainant has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60900 of 2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the Court of
