After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') for the relief prayed for in the present writ application.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
