Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner alongwith co-accused kidnapped the informant's daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. that she has solemnized marriage with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69766 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/2 petitioner with her own will. It is further submitted hat according to radio logical findings of age of the victim is in between 18 to 19 years (issued by Department of OBST). Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
