JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 27-08-2025 It is the case of the petitioner that the possession of the petitioner over the land in question is in doubt because of the fact that the contiguous land owners are disturbing his possession over the land in question.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 05.07.2025 to the Circle Officer, Jandaha, Vaishali requesting him to appoint an official Amin to take measurement of his land for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13625 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 purpose of demarcation.

3. I have heard the learned Advocates for the petitioner and the State. The instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Jandaha, Vaishali to demarcate the land of the petitioner on the basis of his documents of title, within four weeks from the date of this order.

4. With the above order, the instant writ petition is allowed.
