JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.118 of 2015 registered under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 47A of the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration the fact that a common seizure list in respect of seizure of illicit liquor from the house of five accused persons has been made, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50623 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.118 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
