JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-08-2018 It appears that, after passing of the order by the learned writ Court, the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs.14,076/- on account of subsistence allowance for the period 11.07.2013 to 25.08.2013. He has also been paid a sum of Rs.34,381/- as arrear of salary and a further payment of Rs.83,774/- for the period July, 2012 to 22.10.2012 and 01.03.2013 to 10.04.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still
Patna High Court MJC No.3042 of 2016 (2) dt.25-08-2018 the petitioner has not been paid certain amount showing that he was on unauthorized leave.
In the opinion of this Court, if that is the issue, the same would be required to be addressed in an appropriate proceeding.
So far as the contempt proceeding is concerned, going through the order passed by the learned writ Court, this Court does not find any reason to proceed.
The contempt application is disposed off, accordingly.
