There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner to have possessed 15 bottles of foreign wine each containing 180 ml, having no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 01.11.2016.
Accordingly, petitioner, Lalan Pal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P. S. Case no.180 of 2016.
