The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 153 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 323, 325, 354, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that in the First Information Report the specific allegation is against co-accused Munna Kumar to have hit with iron rod upon Ramesh Kumar Gupta as a result of which he sustained fracture injury on his index finger of the right hand and the petitioners are not alleged to have either touched the body of the informant or of the injured Ramesh Kumar Gupta, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46114 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 153 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
