The petitioner passed 10th Examination, held by the Central Board of Secondary Education, in the year 2016. In the Grade Sheet cum Certificate of Performance, Migration Certificate, the father's name of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'Baijnath Kuamr'. It is the simple case of the petitioner that it is a typographical error and 'Baijnath Kuamr' has been typed in place of 'Baijnath Kumar'. The petitioner has approached the Central Board of Secondary Education by filing application for correction in his father's name. If what has been asserted in the present writ application is correct, the grievance of the petitioner appears to

In view of the above, I dispose of this writ application with an observation that the Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office, Rajabazar shall ensure that the grievance of the petitioner is looked into and a decision is taken within four weeks' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
