JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant went to attend a marriage ceremony where his motorcycle was stolen. The suspicion was raised against the petitioner since he found roaming at the place where the motorcycle was parked. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,
