====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons tried to molest informant and assaulted the person came to rescue the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2019. Considering the fact that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54607 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, District Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.
