The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for the following relief.

"1(i) For direction to the respondent no. 2 to make payment of honorarium to the tune of Rs. 9,49,000/- for the period December, 1996 to September, 2008 with penal interest thereon, to the petitioner for his having worked as part time lecturer in C.M. Law College, Darbhanga."

The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of by the Vice Chancellor, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga, respondent no. 2,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15997 of 2011 (6) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.
