JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased. The deceased died within one year of her marriage on account of burn injuries but Annexure-2 to this petition shows that father in law of the deceased lodged Minapur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 and in the said case, the father in law of the deceased stated that deceased was caught in fire while she was cooking meal. Moreover, father in law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43460 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55131 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015.
