This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board to show the answer-sheets of all the subjects of Annual Intermediate Examination (Science)-2018 of the petitioner. The petitioner has been declared 'fail' in Physics paper and, accordingly, she has failed in the said examination. It is the plea of the petitioner that the marks, which has been awarded is much below her expectation.

In the Court's view such assertion cannot be a sole ground for issuing the nature of direction, as being sought. No relief as prayed, can be granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21944 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 If the petitioner wants to see the answer-sheets, she has remedy under the Right to Information Act, which she can very well invoke.

In do not find any merit in this application, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
