Learned counsel for the State is present and refers to the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 5 in which it has been stated that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as 1st and 2nd ACP has been sanctioned and payment also made. It has further been stated that the payment of revised pension shall be made as soon as revised PPO is issued by the Accountant General, for which letter has been sent on 06.02.2016. Copy of supporting documents have also been annexed to the counter affidavit. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has received copy of the counter affidavit on 29.04.2016 but

Patna High Court CWJC No.17007 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 no rejoinder to the same has been filed.
