Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 353/224/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(b)(c)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are girls having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64587 of 2022(3) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
