In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Appellate Authority in Control Order Appeal No. 27/2015-16, whereby and whereunder, the order dated 8.1.2016 passed by the Licensing Authority cum Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria, cancelling the PDS license of the petitioner, has been affirmed. There is a provision for revision under the E.C. Act. Let the petitioner should exhaust the alternative remedy by way of filing a revision application before the Revisional Authority who will consider all the points raised by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20114 of 2016 dt.19-07-2017 While considering the issue of limitation, the Revisional Authority will take into account the pendency of this writ application before this Court.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
