The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No. 455 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A), 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier a complaint case bearing Case No. C1-3316 of 2017 has also been filed by the complainant for the same occurrence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57276 of 2019(4) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 (Annexure-2). He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No. 455 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
