The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioners and Ved Prakash. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are married, unmarried sisters and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51025 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 father of Ved Prakash and the victim, the daughter of the informant, and Ved Prakash are traceless from the date of occurrence. The school leaving certificate of the victim girl has been brought on record as Annexure-2 to suggest that the victim is major as date of birth recorded in the school leaving certificate is 22.08.1993.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Ved Prakash, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 882 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
