The present substitution petition (I.A. No.8195 of 2017) has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs of the sole petitioner Janki Devi, who died on 06.08.2017 leaving behind her legal heirs, which have been stated in paragraph 4 of the substitution petition. The details of the legal heirs are as follows :

1. Raj Kishore Singh.

2. Rajhans Singh

3. Shyam Kishore Singh

4. Yuvraj Singh

6. Rajnita Devi, wife of Shankar Singh and daughter of Late Gendhari Singh, resident of Village-Karigama, P.S.-Baheri, District- Darbhanga.

For the reasons stated in the substitution petition, let the names of legal heirs, as mentioned above, be substituted in place of the sole deceased petitioner Janki Devi and their names be included in the cause title of the present contempt application after expunging the name of Janki Devi.

The substitution petition, bearing I.A. No.8195 of 2017, stands allowed.
