350 pouch of countrymade wine each containing 200 ml was seized while being carried by the petitioner on the motorcycle. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.11.2016 and as per para 3 of the petition, has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Vikash Keshrai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. case no. 451 of 2016.
