JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus to command the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, filed earlier on 25-07-2024, before the respondents for appointment of APP in Aurangabad Civil Court because the name of the petitioner has been brought in panel of APP at Sl No. 67 in the year 2021, even then the matter of the petitioner for appointment as A.P.P and Special PP is still pending before the respondents."

Considering the nature of the relief sought for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13348 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
