Considering the fact that the petitioner has not approached the Bihar Sanskrit Board, Patna, Bihar, in connection with approval of the service. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Sanskrit Board, Patna, Bihar for approval of the service of petitioner and he may approach the competent authority in connection with payment of his salary.
