Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rigilganj PS Case No.184/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR petitioner and other accused persons snatched the papers from the informant and there also allegation of firing.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during the investigation story of firing has not been found true and the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He is a Ward Parshad.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rigilganj P.S.Case No.184 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
