2. This appeal has been preferred against Award/Judgment dated 23.01.2012 passed in Claim Application No. OA 000174/2000 by Member (Technical), Railway Claim Tribunal, Patna Bench, only for enhancement and modification to the extent the date of application of interest.

Admittedly, the appeal has been preferred more than a year of prescribed period of limitation for condonation, copy of certificate issued by doctor indicating appellant was ill since 30th March, 2012, but the same cannot be accepted in face of Annexure - 1. Copy of application said to have been filed by the appellant before

Patna High Court MA No.402 of 2013 dt.10-03-2015 Claim Tribunal on 19th June, 2012, furnishing details of account wherein the money so awarded was to be transmitted.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, finding no sufficient explanation for condonation of delay. Accordingly, Interlocutory Application No. 3829/2013 is hereby dismissed, consequently, this appeal.
