Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that co-accused, Sonu Singh has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and allegation of driving said motorcycle is against Sonu. Petitioner was a pillion rider.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59444 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Manjhi Police Station Case No.171 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
