Case. No.117 of 2012 which was lodged by the petitioner in respect of kidnapping of her son and the demand of ransom for his release. This Court has published a notice at the top of the cause list requesting the learned Advocate representing in the old cases of the criminal writs to come prepared with the information as to the present position of the investigation and the proceedings before the Court below, however, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.
