The writ application has filed for necessary direction to the respondents to take action against illegal act of the Investigating Officer of Baheri P.S.Case No. 270 of 2015 in the district of Darbhanga. The aforesaid police station case gave rise to Sessions Trial No. 146A of 2016 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, wherein a prayer has been made for remand of the petitioner in the case. The writ application stands dismissed for non prosecution.
