The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwa (Bhopatpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.73 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 364, 354B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement made by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has categorically stated that the petitioner and others ravished her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is dismissed.
