For the Appellant/s : Mr. Ranjit Jha For the Respondent/s : Mr.

====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the court concerned i.e. Sub Judge I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani for addition of the name of the petitioners as plaintiffs in Title Suit No.17 of 2009. It is settled principles of law that High Court never issues writ under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and, therefore, the relief claimed by the petitioners cannot be granted under Article 227 of the Constitution.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
