JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 In the present case, the petitioners have made complain that they were engaged under MANREGA Scheme for plantation and accordingly they have carried out the work, but the payment has not been made to them and claiming that they are moving here to there with empty hand.

Let the petitioners file a detailed representation before the Collector, Bettiah who will consider the case of the petitioners and if it is found that the work was done by them
