JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP as well as learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner along with his brother Shailendra Kumar @ Chhote have been alleged to be succeeded in unloading of 150 bags of cement being carried on a tractor-trailer driven by the informant on the point of firearm.

The manner whereunder occurrence has been alleged, committed at the hands of petitioner and his brother coupled with delay in filing the written report inconsonance with period of custody since 15.11.2016, petitioner, Raghvendra Kumar @ Pramod Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur PS Case No. 272/2016.
