JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Clause-32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. Control Order, 2016 against the order dated 26.05.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Begusarai. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose of the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
